Howard Hughes has appointed Kate Kaminski president of its Arizona region, according to a report by HousingWire.
Kaminski will lead strategy and operations for Teravalis, the company’s large-scale master-planned community in Buckeye.
Teravalis spans 37,000 acres, placing it among the most significant development initiatives in the Arizona market.
The appointment gives Kaminski responsibility for directing the regional strategy and operational execution tied to the community’s development.
