Hines has appointed Adam Hines as co-CEO, placing him alongside Laura Hines-Pierce at the helm of the global real estate investment and development firm.
Hines-Pierce has served as co-CEO since February 2022, when she assumed the role with her father, Jeffrey Hines. The leadership change moves Jeffrey Hines into the position of chairman.
The appointment keeps executive leadership within the Hines family while establishing a two-person co-CEO structure for the company’s next phase. The firm operates across investment and development, areas closely watched by institutional owners, developers and commercial occupiers.
