British luxury fashion label JW Anderson has leased 4,500 square feet at 138 Wooster Street in SoHo for its first stand-alone store in the United States, according to Commercial Observer.

The deal establishes a dedicated physical retail presence for the brand in Manhattan, with the Wooster Street location set to serve as its inaugural single-brand U.S. outpost.

Jonathan Anderson founded JW Anderson in 2008. He was recently appointed creative director of Dior and has received the British Fashion Awards Designer of the Year honor twice.

For 138 Wooster Street, the tenancy brings a luxury fashion retailer into 4,500 square feet of space in SoHo, reinforcing the address’s role in accommodating brand-led retail formats.
