Oliver Hurren, who operates four Your Move branches across Suffolk, has bought lettings agency Your Property Solutions from its owners, John and Shirley-Ann Carter.
The deal brings 125 managed properties into Hurren’s operation and represents its eighth acquisition over the past 18 months, according to Property Wire.
The transaction expands the group’s managed lettings base alongside its existing branch network in the county. For landlords, portfolio scale can support broader local coverage and centralised property-management services.
The acquisition also underlines continued consolidation among local estate and lettings businesses, where operators are seeking to grow recurring management revenues through the purchase of established portfolios.
