Bozzuto is relocating its corporate headquarters from Greenbelt, Md., to Maple Lawn in Howard County, following a 57,837-square-foot office lease at the mixed-use community.
The real estate development, construction and management company will occupy two and a half floors at 8160 Maple Lawn Boulevard. Bozzuto announced the move Wednesday, according to Commercial Observer.
Maple Lawn spans 605 acres and sits roughly 45 minutes north of Bozzuto's current Greenbelt headquarters. The relocation places the company's corporate offices within a mixed-use setting in Howard County.
The lease establishes 8160 Maple Lawn Boulevard as Bozzuto's next corporate base in Maryland, marking a shift in location for one of the state's prominent multifamily development, construction and property management firms.
