Three women’s fashion brands have signed leases at 231 West 39th Street in Manhattan’s Garment District, according to an announcement from landlord broker and building manager Adams & Company.
Rino & Pelle, a Netherlands-based women’s fashion and accessories brand, leased 3,332 square feet at the 12-story building. The transactions also include luxury women’s wear and fine jewelry tenants.
The deals bring additional office and showroom activity to a corridor long associated with New York’s apparel business, where tenants continue to seek centrally located space suited to design, merchandising and wholesale operations.
Adams & Company disclosed the leases on Wednesday. Commercial Observer reported that the three brands had taken space at the property.
