Two office tenants have committed to nearly 32,000 square feet at 11 Bryant Park Plaza, adding leasing activity at the Midtown Manhattan property.
Spot & Tango, a dog food delivery service, leased 15,931 square feet encompassing the building’s entire seventh floor. The transaction gives the company a full-floor presence in the office tower.
MediaRadar also signed at the property, shifting from a sublease arrangement at 11 Bryant Park Plaza to a direct lease. The advertising intelligence firm’s commitment accounts for the balance of the nearly 32,000 square feet leased by the two companies.
The deals point to continued demand from operating companies for Midtown office space, while MediaRadar’s move to a direct agreement marks a change in its occupancy structure at the building. Details of the lease terms were reported by Commercial Observer.
