Thor Equities Group has secured a $43.2 million loan from BridgeInvest to refinance the Ardley Portfolio, an industrial property collection in Savannah, Georgia.
The financing was issued through BridgeInvest's transitional bridge lending program, according to Commercial Observer. The transaction refinances 11 warehouse buildings at 25-27 Artley Road.
The portfolio occupies 27 acres and contains roughly 525,000 square feet of warehouse space. The asset sits in a market whose industrial appeal is closely tied to Savannah's logistics infrastructure and port-related freight activity.
For Thor Equities, the bridge loan provides fresh financing for a sizable warehouse holding rather than a disposition. For investors and occupiers, the deal underscores continued lender activity around established industrial assets in strategically located distribution markets.
