EliseAI, a Manhattan-based artificial intelligence company serving housing and health care systems, has raised $350 million in a financing round that puts its valuation at $4 billion.
Andreessen Horowitz, also known as a16z, and Bessemer Venture Partners led the investment. The round also included Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital.
The company develops AI tools aimed at automating operational processes in housing, a category that has drawn increasing attention as property owners and operators seek to streamline resident communications and other administrative work.
The financing ranks among the larger recent capital raises in real estate technology. As Commercial Observer reported, the deal establishes EliseAI as a proptech unicorn with a multibillion-dollar valuation.
