Arrow Linen Supply Company, a family-owned laundry rental business, has sold its property at 441–467 Prospect Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn, for $55 million.
Yitzchok Katz's Goose Property Management acquired the recently rezoned site, according to Commercial Observer. JLL brokered the transaction.
The sale moves a former industrial parcel into the hands of a developer at a time when rezoning decisions are reshaping the development potential of sites along Brooklyn's established residential and mixed-use corridors.
For Park Slope, the transaction marks the transfer of a sizable redevelopment opportunity on Prospect Avenue. The parties did not disclose further details about development plans for the property.
