Houston investor Dauntless Capital Partners paid at least $44.3 million for the Arlo Wynwood hotel in Miami, according to property records cited in a report by Commercial Observer.
The nine-story hotel has 217 guest rooms. Its amenity mix includes a ground-floor cafe and a rooftop bar and pool, combining accommodation with food, beverage and leisure space within the property.
Arlo Wynwood is located at 2217 Northwest Miami Court, west of North Miami Avenue in the Wynwood area of Miami.
The acquisition places the hotel under new ownership and adds a sizable Miami hospitality asset to Dauntless Capital Partners' portfolio. The reported purchase price is described as at least $44.3 million.
