InfinitSpace is entering the U.S. flexible-workspace market with a 32,000-square-foot location in Downtown Los Angeles. The European operator has agreed to a long-term management partnership for space at the historic Desmond’s Building.
The site, at 612 South in Downtown L.A., will be the company’s first U.S. location. The arrangement places InfinitSpace in one of the city’s established commercial districts as employers and landlords continue to assess demand for flexible office formats.
InfinitSpace said the Los Angeles opening is the first stage of a broader U.S. expansion plan. The company intends to open 30 locations across the country during the next two years.
The transaction was announced Tuesday, according to Commercial Observer. Details including the opening timetable and financial terms of the management agreement were not provided.
