Patricof, a private investment platform that connects professional athletes with investment opportunities, has signed a 10-year lease for 7,500 square feet at 545 Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.

The company will occupy the entire 16th floor of the 17-story office building, according to an announcement reported by Commercial Observer.

Marx Realty owns the property, which stands between East 54th and East 55th streets. The transaction gives Patricof a full-floor presence on Madison Avenue, a prominent office corridor serving financial, professional-services and investment firms.

For the landlord, the deal adds another long-term tenant commitment at the building. The lease also illustrates continued demand for dedicated Midtown office space from specialized investment businesses seeking a central Manhattan address.
