Qube, a global investment manager, has agreed to lease 52,000 square feet at 70 Hudson Yards, the office development being built by Related Companies and Oxford Properties in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards district.

The planned 52-story tower is expected to contain roughly 1.4 million square feet of office space when completed in 2028. Qube’s commitment gives the project another tenant agreement while construction remains underway.

70 Hudson Yards is part of the continuing buildout of the west-side business district, where new office supply is competing for tenants seeking modern space in newly developed buildings.

The transaction was first reported by Commercial Observer. Lease terms beyond the size of Qube’s planned premises were not disclosed in the available report.
