The Points Guy has signed a lease for 11,765 square feet at 875 Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan’s NoMad district. The travel and lifestyle media platform will occupy space at the 26-story office property, also known as One NoMad.
The building stands at the corner of Avenue of the Americas and West 31st Street, placing the tenant near Penn Station, Herald Square and the growing office and hospitality cluster around NoMad.
The transaction underscores continued leasing demand from media and digital-content businesses for centrally located Manhattan offices. Details including the lease term, asking rent and brokerage representation were not disclosed in the information available.
