Wavestone, a France-based strategic business and technology transformation consulting firm, has signed a 9,812-square-foot office lease at 511 Fifth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.

The company is moving from 130 West 42nd Street, placing its new office roughly two blocks east of its current location.

The 18-story office building at 511 Fifth Avenue was recently redeveloped by its ownership group: Aurora Capital, Wharton Properties and ACHS Management.

The transaction was reported by Commercial Observer.
