The World Trade Centers Association has signed a lease for 2,556 square feet at One World Trade Center, re-establishing a headquarters presence at the Lower Manhattan complex associated with its identity.
The office will occupy space on the building's 46th floor. The association acquired rights to the World Trade Center name in the 1980s and operates as an international trade organization.
The lease returns the WTCA to the campus at a time when marquee addresses continue to hold strategic appeal for organizations seeking visibility, transit access and proximity to major commercial tenants.
One World Trade Center is part of the redeveloped World Trade Center campus in Lower Manhattan. The transaction was first reported by Commercial Observer.
